The Costa Palmas course winding along the estuary to the beach and the Sea of Cortez
Thursday, November 5 – Sunday, November 8, 2026

Join us on theEast Cape of Baja

Six years in, La Carrera has become that weekend: the one where everyone ends up back on the East Cape, exactly where they want to be. Old friends, new faces, and Costa Palmas doing what it does best.

Four days that take care of themselves. Some will play. Some will swim. Some will give the whole weekend over to recovery. Everyone finds their way to the long table when the sun drops.

The trophies are up for grabs.
The rest is guaranteed.

Four ways to spend it

Sea level
Yellow umbrellas and loungers along the sand above the Sea of Cortez

Days on the Beach

Delphine Day Club and Pavilion Beach become the playground — long lunches, warm swimmable water, a yacht anchored offshore with a floating pickleball court, and a French-Baja menu that brings a little Riviera to the East Cape.

First tee
A putt rolling out on the Costa Palmas green

Golf

Two rounds on the Robert Trent Jones II course, where the fairways run the estuary out to the Sea of Cortez. Memorable shots, friendly rivalries, a scorecard nobody fully trusts — and a trophy that changes hands.

Sunrise
A guided sunrise fitness session on the East Cape

Wellness & Fitness

Sunrise movement, yoga and Pilates with the sea still flat. Then sound baths, cold plunges, and spa hours built for putting you back together. The weekend stays in motion — and knows exactly when to stop.

Open water

Adventure on the
Sea of Cortez

Glass-flat mornings, a clean wake, and a two-time World Champion riding out in front of you. Neilly Ross brings three world records and fourteen career wins to the Beach House — wake surf sessions Friday through Sunday, four riders an hour, every level welcome. Saturday afternoon she trades coaching for performing: a trick ski exhibition just off the sand. Reserve early, or take a chair and watch.

And then the sun drops.

Chef's tables, beachside asados, and dinners that take their time. Marina Village turns shoppable with pop-ups from local and international designers. The evenings are the main event — and this year they end at the Nursery.

Saturday night · the final round

The East Cape
Barn Dance.

The barn doors open at the Nursery for one last celebration, inspired by the spirit of Nashville — hay bales and bandanas, live music, handcrafted cocktails, and line dancing under the East Cape sky. Raise a glass to new friendships and another edition of La Carrera.

Friday, November 6 Jimmy’s · Delphine · Marina Village

Courts at Jimmy’s

Pickleball and tennis with Alfonso and the visiting pros. Drop in, warm up, play.

Jimmy’s Fitness Flow

Ninety minutes with a lower-body focus — mobility, strength, core, and a long yoga close. Three trainers on the stage, one live DJ, and a protein shake bar and recovery massages waiting at the end. Breakfast and coffee at Leora Café whenever you’re ready.

Delphine Day Club

Where the French Riviera meets Baja, right on the sand. A long lunch, rosé, a resident DJ, and an afternoon of activations nobody hurries away from.

Marina Village Night

Cocktails at six, dinner at Mozza as the sun goes down, then Chiki for music and late-night energy.

Saturday, November 7 Jimmy’s · Pavilion Beach · Barn Dance

Courts at Jimmy’s

Pickleball and tennis again, with Alfonso and the pros.

Jimmy’s Fitness Flow

The same ninety minutes, stage and DJ — upper body this time, with core work and restorative yoga to finish. Shake bar and massage table at the end, Leora Café for breakfast after.

Pavilion Beach

Lunch on the sand, a yacht anchored offshore, and a floating pickleball court and lounge mats out on the water. Tender boats run between the Pavilion, the yacht and the court all afternoon — play, swim, or stay exactly where you are.

The Shootout at Hole 3

The shootout comes down to Hole 3, with a bar set up alongside and a crowd worth playing in front of.

The Final Round: The East Cape Barn Dance

Cocktails at six and dinner at the Nursery, then the barn doors open — hay bales, bandanas, Nashville-style live music and line dancing under the East Cape sky.
