Member Registration

Welcome to the La Carrera 2026 registration page. Participation is available on a first come, first served basis. Golf is limited to four golfers per membership — up to two Primary Members and up to two guests. There is no such limit on Social attendees.

Guests are registered by their host membership, so please add everyone joining you to the form below. To secure your place, review the Fees & Cancellation Policy and complete the registration form. We look forward to welcoming you to La Carrera at Costa Palmas, taking place Thursday, November 5 – Sunday, November 8, 2026.

Fees & Cancellation Policy

Golf Program

$2,500 USD per entry, plus tax

  • Cancellations before October 1st will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations after October 1st will incur a $500 USD processing fee per entry.

Social Program

$1,250 USD per entry, plus tax

  • Cancellations before October 1st will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations after October 1st will incur a $300 USD processing fee per entry.

Your Party
Include yourself, a second Primary Member if one is joining, and every guest you are bringing. Golf is capped at four per membership — two Primary Members and two guests — and Social attendees are uncapped. Registering a larger party? Write to the Private Office and we will take it from there.
Primary Registrant

One email address covers the whole registration. Every confirmation and all Private Office follow-up goes to this address.

Attendees & Programs

Each attendee takes part in one program only — a couple can register together with one person on Golf and the other on Social. If you are attending, enter yourself as Attendee 1. Mark each person as a Primary Member or a guest: Golf is limited to two Primary Members and two guests per membership, and the form will close Golf once an allowance is used up. Mark a guest and we will ask whether their fees go on your club account or the guest is settling them directly. An email address for each attendee is optional — every confirmation still goes to the primary registrant above.

Agreement & Acknowledgment

By signing this form, I acknowledge, agree, and understand that my participation in the La Carrera Golf & Social Weekend is subject to the stated fees and cancellation policies. I also authorize all applicable charges to be applied to my member account, including the fees for any guest I have marked as charged to my club account. Guests marked as paying their own fees are sent a secure card authorization link by the Private Office and are billed directly.
