Guest Registration

Welcome to the La Carrera 2026 registration page. Registering is a two-step process: complete the form below, then authorize your card through our secure payment portal. Your place is confirmed once both steps are done.

You can register yourself and anyone joining you on this form — add each attendee and choose their program below.

Please review the Fees & Cancellation Policy before you begin. La Carrera at Costa Palmas takes place Thursday, November 5 – Sunday, November 8, 2026.

    Submitting the form takes you to Canary, our secure payment portal, to enter your card details.

Fees & Cancellation Policy

Golf Program

$2,500 USD per entry, plus tax

  • Cancellations before October 1st will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations after October 1st will incur a $500 USD processing fee per entry.

Social Program

$1,250 USD per entry, plus tax

  • Cancellations before October 1st will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations after October 1st will incur a $300 USD processing fee per entry.

Your Party
Include yourself and everyone joining you. Registering a larger party? Write to the Private Office and we will take it from there.

One email address covers the whole registration. Every confirmation and all Private Office follow-up goes to the address below.

Attendees & Programs

Each attendee takes part in one program only — a couple can register together with one person on Golf and the other on Social. If you are attending, enter yourself as Attendee 1. An email address for each attendee is optional — every confirmation still goes to the primary registrant above.

Golf is limited to guests who have been invited and pre-approved in advance. The Private Office confirms every golf entry before it is final. Social registration is open to all guests.

Agreement & Acknowledgment

By signing this form, I acknowledge, agree, and understand that my participation in the La Carrera Golf & Social Weekend, and that of everyone I have registered on this form, is subject to the stated fees and cancellation policies.

The Costa Palmas Beach & Yacht Club operates independently from Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas. A valid credit card is required to access the La Carrera program and enable charging privileges. Club charges cannot be added to your Four Seasons room or residence.
